Trembly Law Firm's Client Happiness Director and The Spotlight 5000 Podcast host Jessica is from San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitario Tecnologico (CEUTEC) in 2018. In 2012, Jessica had her first job in a call center, where she thoroughly enjoyed helping customers find solutions, and learned exceptional communication skills. Jessica also worked as a General Manager in a clothing store for 6 years in San Pedro Sula, fueling her passion to serve and help others. She also enjoys doing charity work and work around her community.
Jessica describes herself as someone who is talkative, positive and loyal. In her free time, Jessica enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with her family.
